How does the return work?

Simply contact us by email at kontat@sportgeistpro.de . Our team will guide you through the return process and provide all the necessary information.

Conditions for returns:

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

Exceptions:

Personalized products (e.g. with names, numbers or patches) are excluded from the right of return, except in the case of a defect or incorrect delivery.

Exchange & Replacement

Wrong size? No problem.

If an item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size or model. Once we receive the original item, we'll send you the replacement you requested.

Exchange for another variant:

Switching to another product is also possible, provided the price is comparable. Any differences will be offset or refunded.

Once we have inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days .

Payment methods:

The refund will be processed using the same method used for the original payment. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

For returns within Germany and Europe, we work with DPD and Royal Mail to ensure reliable and secure processing.

Return costs:

If the item was delivered without defects, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

1. Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receipt of payment.

During this time you will receive an email with a photo of your package and your tracking number .

Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Would you like to pick up your order in person?

Simply select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout.

As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, weight, and selected shipping method.
