1) Processing and shipping time

  • Standard processing time: 2-4 business days after receipt of payment.

  • This period begins after:

    • Confirmation of payment and verification of the order;

    • Completion of any personalization (if applicable);

    • Availability of items in stock. We will notify you by email if they are temporarily unavailable.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

⚠️ For personalized products or out-of-stock items, processing times may be longer. For orders with items with different availability statuses, we reserve the right to either wait and ship together or ship in partial shipments (possibly subject to an additional shipping fee).

2) Delivery time (transport)

  • Estimated delivery time: 6-13 business days after dispatch .

  • This begins as soon as the package has been handed over to the shipping service provider.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs, weather conditions, or peak periods (e.g., Black Friday). Remote areas may require an additional 2-4 days.

3) Shipment tracking

  • After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp.

Please note that tracking events may take up to 24–48 hours to become visible.

4) Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery destination, weight/volume, and selected service level.

  • Any free shipping promotions will also be displayed during checkout.

5) Pre-orders & Out-of-stock items

If an item is pre-ordered or temporarily unavailable, we will notify you by email of the expected delivery date. You can choose between:

  • Waiting for restocking (shipping together);

  • Partial delivery (possibly with additional costs);

  • Cancellation of the unavailable item before shipping.

6) Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address , including door/apartment number, access code, etc.

  • Address changes are only possible before shipping . Afterward, redirection fees may apply.

  • For orders with high value goods, a signature may be required upon delivery .

7) Delivery attempts & undeliverable shipments

  • Delivery drivers usually make one or more delivery attempts or leave the package at a collection point.

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of acceptance, or non-collection, we offer reshipment for a fee. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8) Damaged, missing or lost packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please note this with the delivery person and keep the packaging and contents.

  • Please report any damage or missing items to us within 3 working days of delivery at:
    kontat@sportgeistpro.de (with photos and order number).

  • For lost shipments (no movement in the tracking system beyond the expected timeframe), we will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider. Refunds or replacements will be issued based on the outcome.

  • Packages marked as "delivered" that have been stolen or lost are generally not covered by insurance . In such cases, we recommend delivery to a secure address or pickup location.

9) International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship to several countries. Delivery times and shipping conditions vary depending on the destination region.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Unless otherwise stated, shipping will be either DDU (duty unpaid) or DDP (duty paid) depending on the region.

    • Any import duties incurred shall be borne by the customer.

    • Customs controls may extend delivery times – we have no influence over this.

10) Peak times & force majeure

Delays may occur during holidays, special promotions, or in cases of force majeure (strikes, extreme weather conditions, etc.). We ask for your understanding.
